30 days return. Each sofa is checked and cleaned before delivery. If something is still wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery via WhatsApp with 2 to 3 photos. We solve it in this order:
- Cleaning or repairing: We come by and clean or repair the sofa at your expense.
- Exchange or credit: If this does not work, we exchange the sofa for an equivalent from our warehouse or you get a credit.
- Money back: If neither is possible, we pick up the sofa and refund the purchase price within 7 to 10 working days.
⚠️ Except: If doors, walls, stairwell or lift are too narrow and the sofa does not fit, this is your responsibility. This is not a reason for exchange or return.
