Free shipping including assembly is possible in the Canton of Zurich, even at short notice. For deliveries outside the Canton of Zurich, CHF 1 applies per kilometre from Bitziberg 5, 8184 Bachenbülach, assembly is possible on request.
Returns and complaints, explained transparently
Each couch is carefully prepared and checked several times by professionals. If, despite quality control, a significant undetected defect appears, the couch will be picked up within 7 days of receipt. A return is possible in this context, for example, in the event of structural damage or a strongly unpleasant odor, after examination the amount is refunded.
