By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify product information or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. Prices and Payments

Prices are in CHF (Swiss Francs) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at checkout via accepted payment methods.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. Sofalab is not liable for delays beyond our control. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

4. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds apply only to structural damage. If a sofa has structural damage, please notify us on delivery or shortly after receipt; Sofalab will collect the item and, after inspection, refund the purchase price.

5. Warranty

All Sofalab sofas include a 1-year warranty on the foam (sponge), cushions and wooden frame. This does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sofalab website—including images, text, and logos—is owned by Sofalab and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sofalab shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
