  • Self-collection: in Bachenbülach (Bitziberg 5). After that, delivery is no longer possible.

No liability if the sofa does not fit. If doors, walls, stairwell or lift are too narrow and the sofa does not fit, this is your responsibility. We assume no liability. Delivery time

In the Canton of Zurich we deliver depending on the address on the same day, otherwise within 1 to 2 working days. In other cantons by agreement. You choose your desired date at the checkout.

Delivery

  • Canton of Zurich: Delivery and assembly free of charge.
  • Train (AG) and Schwyz (SZ): 59.-
  • Lucerne (LU): 69.-
  • St. Gallen (SG), Basel (BS/BL), Bern (BE): 79.-
  • All other cantons: 1.- pro Kilometer ab Bachenbülach. Den genauen Betrag siehst du an der Kasse nach Eingabe der Postleitzahl.
  • Mounting without lift: 25.- per floor.
  • Self-collection in Bachenbülach (Bitziberg 5): After that, delivery is no longer possible.

Return

30 days return. If something is wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery via WhatsApp with 2 to 3 photos. First we clean or repair the sofa at your place. If this does not work, we exchange it or you get a credit. Only if both are not possible, we refund the purchase price.

Guarantee

On each sofa there is 1 year warranty on foam, pillow and wooden frame.
