Delivery time

Delivery usually already takes place The next working day. At the latest you will receive your sofa within 3 working days after order, unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery

  • Canton of Zurich: Delivery is free.

  • Basel & Bern: CHF 89.–, delivery in each case Tuesdays.

  • Thurgau (TG): CHF 79–

  • St. Gallen (SG): CHF 79.–, delivery in each case Thursdays.

  • Zug & Lucerne: CHF 69–

  • Aargau (AG): CHF 69–

  • Schaffhausen (SH): CHF 69–

  • Schwyz (SZ): CHF 79–

  • Glarus: CHF 89–

Deliveries in All other Swiss cantons are also possible by agreement. Please contact us for an individual offer.

Return

At Sofalab you will find carefully selected Occasion sofas that are professionally prepared and hygienically cleaned several times. A return is only possible in exceptional cases:

  • Return within the 7 days upon receipt, nur If the sofa structurally damaged is or is strong, unpleasant odor comprises:

  • The return is made by collection by Sofalab.

  • The cost of collection is: CHF 89–.

After successful verification, we will refund the purchase amount within 7–10 working days back.
