Are the sofas professionally cleaned before delivery?

Yes – all our sofas go through a multi-step cleaning process: They are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and processed hygienically. We use professional steam cleaners and hydrogen peroxide to effectively remove all organic residues. So you get a clean, fresh sofa that is ready for use immediately.

Do you deliver throughout Switzerland?

Yes, we deliver to all districts of Zurich as well as to the surrounding regions and neighboring cantons – including Aargau, Schaffhausen, St. Gallen, Zug, Lucerne, Schwyz and more. Upon request we deliver to the whole of Switzerland. Please contact us for an individual offer.

In what condition are the sofas? Are there shortcomings?

We select only high-quality, used sofas – only models without pet contact and from smoke-free households. Each sofa is carefully checked, professionally cleaned and any traces of use are communicated openly and honestly in the advertisement.

Can I return the sofa if I don’t like it?

Yes, we offer a return policy of 7 days if the sofa has visual defects that were not clearly visible before. The return costs a flat rate of 50 CHF for transport.

How fast will my sofa be delivered?

In most cantons we deliver on the same day or at the latest within 1-2 working days – depending on availability and arrangement.

Can I visit the sofa before buying or pick it up myself?

Yes! You can always make an appointment to visit our camp. Alternatively, there is the possibility of self-collection.

Are your sofas environmentally friendly?

Absolutely. By purchasing a thrift sofa, you are extending the life of high-quality furniture and actively contributing to environmental protection by conserving resources and avoiding waste.
