Returns and Warranty
30-day satisfaction guarantee – we do it right. Each sofa is checked and cleaned before delivery. If something is still wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery via WhatsApp or e-mail with 2–3 photos – we solve it like this:
- Repair: In the event of a defect or deviation from the description, we will correct this at our expense – at your home or in our workshop.
- Exchange or credit: If a repair is not possible, we exchange the sofa for an equivalent model from our warehouse or issue a credit note. We pick up and deliver.
- Refund: If we cannot repair or exchange within 30 days, or return the sofa unused in the delivered condition, we will refund the purchase price within 7-10 working days.
Not suitable or re-decided? Within 14 days we exchange for another sofa or issue a credit. For the return, we charge the delivery fee of your canton (Canton of Zurich: CHF 50.–).
To this end: 1 year guarantee on foam, pillow and wooden frame.
Each piece is inspected and refurbished by hand — Sofalab 100% Certified.
